- Delicious and easy to make. No baking is required for making these Oreo cheesecakes.
- Topping choices are endless, and mix-ins!
Are no bake cheesecakes good?
No-bake cheesecakes have a lighter texture compared to traditional baked cheesecakes. They are made with cream cheese, whipped cream, etc. Light, fluffy, and a sweet and tangy flavor, just as you would like in a classic cheesecake. They are always a hit in my books.

The Mason Jars I Use
I like to use 4-ounce mason jars, and I find that works great for making the perfect serving size. Feel free to make larger if you would prefer.
Ingredients Needed
Oreo Crust
- Crushed Oreos – You will crush your cookies with a food processor. Or add cookies to a Ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to crush them. You want to make sure it is fine crumbs.
- Butter – The butter is the binder to the Oreo crumbs, so that it creates a nice crust.
Cream Cheese Mixture
- Instant Chocolate Pudding – I recommend using a hand mixer or electric mixer to achieve a nice, thick, and creamy texture.
- Milk – Whole milk will offer the most decadent flavor to the cheesecake batter.
- Cream Cheese – For these no-bake cheesecake jars, you need to make sure you are using softened cream cheese. Otherwise, it will not be velvety smooth.
- Sugar – Granulated sugar is what you will want to add for a nice hint of sweetness.
- Whipped Topping – Buy Cool Whip or whip up your own with a cup of heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar.
Topping Ideas
- Crushed Oreo bits
- Candy of your choice (chop into bites)
- Sprinkles
- Hot Fudge, Caramel Sauce, or other sauce of choice
- Whipped Cream

Tips & Tricks
- Swap the cookies. You can use crushed graham crackers, shortbread cookies, or Golden Oreos for the crust. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to sweeten the crust.
- Use flavored pudding. It’s fine to use any flavor of pudding. They offer Oreo pudding, or you can opt for traditional options like vanilla or cheesecake flavors.
- Make in a pie pan. If you don’t have jars, you can use this recipe and put it into a 9-inch pie pan.
