Serving Ideas & Variations
Want to kick it up a notch?
- Add seasonings: Sprinkle a little BBQ rub or black pepper on the bacon before cooking.
- Stuffed pickles: For an extra layer of flavor, fill the pickle centers with cream cheese before wrapping.
- Cut into bite sizes: Once cooked, slice into smaller pieces for easy party finger food.
Serve these alongside wings, sliders, or a veggie tray for a balanced spread.

Tips for Best Results
- Don’t overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Check your air fryer model. Every unit cooks a bit differently — adjust time as needed.
- Enjoy right away. Leftovers lose crispiness, but you can reheat briefly in the air fryer.
Are These Pickles Keto Friendly?
Yes! With just pickles and bacon, this snack is naturally low-carb and fits well into keto-friendly menus.

Ingredients
- 4 whole pickles

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 slices bacon
Instructions
- Cut the whole pickles in half and use a small spoon to remove the centers of the pickles. Dry each pickle off with a paper towel.
- Fill each pickle piece with cream cheese. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Take a slice of bacon and wrap the pickle. (I cut my bacon in half, but you can add the whole slice if you want)
- Placed the wrapped dill pickles in the air fryer basket and cook at 385 for 25 minutes. Keep in mind each air fryer is a little bit different and you may need to adjust the cooking time. They are done cooking when the bacon on the pickle appetizers is crispy. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
