What is the Difference Between a Chicken Wing and a Buffalo Wing?
Buffalo wings are generally tossed with a buffalo sauce that packs a little heat. Whereas a chicken wing offers a variety of flavors, like these ranch wings, or sesame, honey barbeque, etc. Both methods can be made with or without a breading batter. If you run into boneless wings they generally have a thick batter coating it.
Are Chicken Wings White or Dark Meat
Chicken wings are white meat. I prefer white meat, and the way you cook your wings will keep the meat nice and juicy.

Can You Use Liquid Ranch for Instant Pot Chicken Wings
No, you can’t use a liquid ranch to coat your chicken. You use the dry mix packet because it acts as a dry rub for your chicken. If you pour liquid ranch on your wings, you will get a burnt mess.
Tips for Making Instant Pot Ranch Chicken Wings
If you want you can buy a steamer basket, I have used this recently and it works great. The steamer basket is great for holding all your wings in, and then once you are done cooking, just lift the basket out. This saves you from having to use tongs
to individually remove each wing.
