My s’mores Crunchwrap is one of my new favorite ways to devour a s’mores. Gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, salty Ritz crackers all wrapped and stuffed in a warm grilled tortilla. This crunch wrap s’mores recipe is a game changer! Similar to a s’mores burrito but elevated even more.
While s’mores are a favorite served around a campfire, this version can be devoured all year round. Grab a skillet and your ingredients and get cooking.
Tortillas are a great base for making a dessert! While enchiladas are delicious wrapped in a flour shell, a sweet version can easily steal the show. I think Taco Bell needs to bring this s’mores crunchwrap recipe to the table.
This S’mores Crunchwrap Dessert Is…
- Quick and easy dessert
- Crispy outside, gooey center
- Made with large or mini marshmallows, chocolate bar, crackers (or top graham crackers)
- Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- One of our favorite easy recipes
- Twist on traditional s’mores
Ingredients Needed
Flour Tortillas – You will want to use a large tortilla, as they need to wrap around the filling.
Marshmallows – Grab mini or large marshmallows for this recipe. I like to cut larger marshmallows in half.
Chocolate Bar – You can use milk, dark, semi-sweet, or even white chocolate. I mean a classic Hershey’s bar is never a wrong choice.
Crackers – I used Ritz crackers for a salty twist. But you can even use graham crackers for a more traditional flavor.
Butter – You will use this for pan searing the tortilla.
Cinnamon and Sugar – You will create a cinnamon and sugar mixture that you will dust your outside with. It is the perfect sweetness to complete this tortilla dessert.
How to Make
Full directions on how to make the s’mores crunchwraps are in the printable recipe card. This is a visual walk through on how these are made.
Step One: Place your large flour tortillas out on the counter. Then scatter marshmallows and place in the center of the tortilla.
Step Two: Next you will top marshmallows with a single layer of crackers, then chocolate, followed by crackers again.
Step Three: Add the last layer of chocolate on top, and then take the sides and fold them in, creating folds to seal up the tortilla. Make sure the edges of tortilla fold over to help seal in the filling.
Step Four: Add a tablespoon of butter into the skillet and let it melt and get hot. Then place seam side down and let it become golden brown. It takes 2-3 minutes.
Step Five: Flip and repeat allowing the other side of tortilla to become golden.
Step Six: Remove from heat and dip in the cinnamon sugar mixture, and serve warm.
Tips For Success
- Make sure to have a wide border for folding the edges of the tortilla, so it can seal up.
- Medium heat is best so it creates a golden brown crust on the tortilla.
- A large nonstick skillet works best for toasting the tortilla.
- You can toast this is the air fryer, just spritz with a little oil and place seam side down. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until it is toasted.
Storing Leftovers
These crunch wraps are best eaten warm and fresh. You can store leftovers in the fridge for 1-2 days. Then eat cold or warm up in a skillet or microwave.
