How to Keep Guacamole from turning brown

Expert Tips And Variations
For a spicy guacamole recipe, leave some seeds in the jalapeno when you dice it up. The seeds and white membrane will add a ton of spice to your dish.
Make sure you are picking ripe avocado. Brightly colored, firm with a little give when you gently squeeze, and no blemishes or soft spots. If the avocado is firm, it means it needs a few days.
Add in some diced Roma tomatoes for a nice tomato flavor. This is optional. It all depends if we have some on hand if I dice them up and stir in. Leave out the tomato seeds if you don’t want it to water down your dip.
