This cream cheese pie has a cream cheese based filling. It is similar to a cheesecake filling but slightly different.
You top with fresh blueberries, an then cook down jelly to spread over the blueberries.

Step One: Start by creaming your softened cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. I used a stand mixer but you can easily use a hand mixer for this.
Step Two: Once the mixture is ultra creamy, pour into the graham cracker crust/ Then smooth it over.
Step Three: Take your blueberries and top your pie. Spread out evenly.
Step Four: Add your jelly in a saucepan and heat on low until the jelly is melted. Stir often or it will burn.
Step Five: Pour the jelly over the top of the pie, and brush the jelly over the blueberries.

Ingredients
- 1 Graham cracker crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1- pint blueberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons apple jelly
Instructions
- Cream together your softened cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla.
- Once it is velvety smooth pour into the graham cracker crust and smoothes it out.
- Then take your fresh blueberries and top the pie.
- In a saucepan place your jelly and heat on low until the jelly melts down to the liquid.
