How To Make Cheese Breakfast Bombs
Prepare the meat and scrambled eggs. I used sausage, ham, and bacon, but feel free to use whatever you prefer.
Pull apart the biscuits and add the egg mixture, meat, and cheese to half of the biscuits. (You can add as much or as little as you want, but you need to make sure you can close the biscuit up.) Add the top piece of biscuit back on and crimp the edges of the dough with a fork. Brush biscuits with egg wash if desired. Place in the bottom of air fryer basket.
Air fry at 375°F for 7 minutes, then flip and air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the biscuit is cooked through completely. Melt butter and brush on top of the air fryer breakfast biscuit bombs. Serve and enjoy!

Variations to Recipe
- Use any meat you prefer—Canadian bacon, sausage, bacon, chorizo, etc. Or go meatless.
- Egg whites or whole eggs work great.
- Any cheese works for this recipe—pepper jack, Monterey jack, etc.
- Sauté the peppers and onions, then mix them into the eggs for added flavor. Green chiles would also be an excellent addition.
- Cook up some potatoes and add some diced cooked potatoes to the filling.
