Stuffed Shells With Spinach
Ingredients
- 12 oz. pkg. Jumbo Shells Pasta
- 24 oz. Jar Pasta Sauce
- 9 oz. Frozen Spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 6 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 16 oz. Container Cottage Cheese
- 15 oz. Container Ricotta Cheese
- ½ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl you will want to mix your thawed spinach, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, seasoning, and mozzarella and parmesan. Set the mixture aside.
- Now you want to grab a pan and cook the noodles according to the package, and drain.
- I used 2 7×11 baking pans for this recipe. I poured half the sauce in one pan and half the sauce in the other pan.
- Then scoop the cheese filling and spoon into the stuffed shells.
- Cover the pans with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle on extra parmesan and serve.
