How To Make Bubble Pizza
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and then quarter the biscuits. Please place them in a baking dish.
PRO TIP: Pre-bake the biscuits for 10 minutes for best results, then add toppings.
Combine the melted butter, parsley, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Brush the mixture over the top of the biscuits.
Cover biscuits with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are done. Sprinkle with parsley for a garnish and serve hot. Enjoy!

- 14 ounces pizza sauce any variety
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni
Instructions

Notes
- If you don’t want to add the butter and parmesan mixture, leave it out. It adds lots of extra flavor, but it’s optional.
- You can put all of the biscuits in a bowl and mix all of the ingredients together to coat each biscuit. I prefer the layers, but some people prefer it all mixed together.
- Check the biscuits. Because of the way they are at the bottom layer of the pan, you’ll need to check them to make sure they are done before you stop cooking. No one wants raw biscuits!
- Add other varieties of cheese for more flavor. A sprinkle of cheddar is tasty too!
