Before we dive deep into this recipe, I want to share how you can SAFELY eat carrot cake dip made with cake mix flour. You simply bake the cake mix for 10 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees. This will heat the flour making it safe to consume.

Start by baking your cake mix in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. This will make the cake mix edible to eat as is. Once it is done cooking allow it to cool. 

In a bowl add your container of cool whip, cheesecake pudding, and 2/3 cups of your carrot cake mix. 

Pour in your milk and whip away, until light and creamy, and it begins to thicken. If it is too thick, add a teaspoon of milk at a time till you get a creamy consistency.

  • 8 oz Whipped Topping
  • 2/3 cup carrot cake mix
  • 3.4 oz cheesecake pudding mix (1 pkg)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Dipping Cookies or Items

Such a great idea to make a dip from a boxed cake mix. I have never done it before! this is a great way to whip up an easy snack- I always have a box cake mix in the cupboard! What a fun idea! The family is going to love this snack!
