Can You Make Alcoholic Popsicles
You can make alcoholic popsicles! The idea here is to use little alcohol next to a lot of the pineapple juice. Alcohol doesn’t really freeze but if you toss it with some juice as I did here, it works.
How to Make Alcoholic Popsicles with Pineapple and Parrot Bay
Ingredients for Pineapple Parrot Bay Alcoholic Popsicles
- Parrot Bay
- Pineapple Juice
- Popsicle Mold
Instructions for Pineapple and Parrot Bay Alcoholic Popsicles
- Start by taking all the tops off your popsicle molds, and setting sticks aside. Then pour each mold with 1/4 of the way up with Parrot Bay.
- Then add in pineapple juice, make sure to leave room at the top, for when it freezes it will expand.
- Put sticks into the molds and toss in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours or until the boozy popsicles are frozen.
Now, I know this might not sound like a ton of alcohol, but if you add too much it won’t fully freeze. So using a little alcohol will result in better popsicles.

Can You Freeze Rum
Freezing rum on its own won’t work, as it is hard liquor. But, when you mix it with either pop or juice it will freeze if you don’t use a lot of liqueur in the mix. That is how you are able to make these alcoholic popsicles with rum.
