When cooking with salmon leaving the skin on helps to protect overcooking and the meat from falling apart. 

How to Make

Season, heat oil in pan, pan sear both sides. Then drizzle lime juice and serve.

Pair With 

Serve with my Mediterranean Chickpea Salad for a tasty side dish.

Storing 

Store any salmon you don't eat in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days!
