Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or spritz with cooking spray.
In a bowl you will add your Bisquick mix, grated parmesan, and garlic powder. Now you will add in your milk and mix it up until no lumps are in the batter.
Scoop your bscuit batter with a cookie scoop onto a baking sheet. I used 1/4 cup cookie scoop.
Bake in the oven for 8-12 miinutes or until your biscuits are golden brown on top, and no longer doughy.
Remove from oven.
In a small bowl melt your butter for the topping. Stir in the parsley and garlic powder and drizzle the mixture over the cooked biscuits.
Serve warm parmesan garlic biscuits up for your evening side dish!
Notes
You can use the gluten free Biscuick baking mix in replace of the classic. These Biscuick biscuits will store for up to 2 days in a proper container on the counter. Or you can store in the fridge. Toss in microwave for 15 seconds or so for a fresh out of the oven flavor. Any kind of milk can work, even non-dairy substitutes. Depending on how large or small you made the biscuits, cooking time can vary. Feel free to double the garlic parmesan biscuit recipe.
