Notes
Toppings - You can put any toppings you want on the yogurt. Shredded coconut, nuts, chocolate chips, etc. Protein Bark - Add in some protein powder to the yogurt to add extra protein or reach for Greek Yogurt. Flavor of Yogurt - I used plain yogurt, but you are welcome to use a flavored yogurt if you want. If you use flavored you might want to use less syrup. Maple Syrup Alternative - You can leave the syrup out of you want, or swap with honey or even agave to sweeten. Or if you want a sugar free option use a sugar free alternative.
