Frozen Yogurt Bark

Frozen Yogurt bark is so easy to make, and a tasty healthy snack idea. A Greek yogurt that is topped with fresh berries and frozen. Cut or break apart for a delicious yogurt snack. This yogurt bark with berries is so simple to make. Just 4 ingredients is all I used to make a healthy frozen yogurt bark that my son enjoyed.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek plain yogurt or classic yogurt
  • 2- 2 1/2 tablespoons Maple Syrup sweeten to your preference
  • 1/2 cup berries I did raspberries, strawberries, blueberries

Instructions

  • Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil. Then set aside.
  • In a bowl you are going to add your yogurt, then add in the maple syrup.
  • Mix well until combined, and pour out onto the baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Wash and dice up the strawberries. Then sprinkle the fruit all over the yogurt bark.
  • If you want add more toppings. Then freeze for 3-4 hours or until the yogurt is fully frozen.
  • Slice up the frozen yogurt bark into squares or break it apart. Then store in an airtight freezer container for 1-3 months.

Notes

Toppings - You can put any toppings you want on the yogurt. Shredded coconut, nuts, chocolate chips, etc.
Protein Bark - Add in some protein powder to the yogurt to add extra protein or reach for Greek Yogurt.
Flavor of Yogurt - I used plain yogurt, but you are welcome to use a flavored yogurt if you want. If you use flavored you might want to use less syrup.
Maple Syrup Alternative - You can leave the syrup out of you want, or swap with honey or even agave to sweeten. Or if you want a sugar free option use a sugar free alternative.
