Equipment

  • 1 9x13 Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops I used bone-in
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your 9x13 pan.
  • Next take your sour cream and add the onion soup mix into the container. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
  • Place the pork chops in the baking dish in a single layer. Then spread on the sour cream mixture.
  • Next sprinkle the crispy onions on top in a single layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Or until the pork chops are cooked through.
  • Once done serve and enjoy.

Notes

Pork Chops - Depending on thickness of pork chops will vary in cook time. You want to make sure the internal temperature is 145 degrees F.
Sour Cream - I used full fat sour cream but you can use light sour cream.
