French Onion Pork Chops is a creamy French onion flavored pork chop topped with crispy fried onions. This 4 ingredient pork chop recipe is baked in the oven till golden brown.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your 9x13 pan.
Next take your sour cream and add the onion soup mix into the container. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
Place the pork chops in the baking dish in a single layer. Then spread on the sour cream mixture.
Next sprinkle the crispy onions on top in a single layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Or until the pork chops are cooked through.
Once done serve and enjoy.
Notes
Pork Chops - Depending on thickness of pork chops will vary in cook time. You want to make sure the internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Sour Cream - I used full fat sour cream but you can use light sour cream.
