Fluffernut Chocolate Covered Ritz A Ritz Cracker Recipe

Four ingredient Fluffernut Chocolate Covered Ritz is an easy no-bake dessert to make up. Chocolate covered Ritz is always a recipe I make around the holidays. Ritz peanut butter crackers with marshmallow cream dipped in chocolate almond bark.

48 Ritz Crackers
1/3 cup Marshmallow Fluff
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
Chocolate or White Almond Bark

Instructions

You will take a bit of marshmallow fluff and spread onto one side of the Ritz cracker. On the other cracker do peanut butter, and then sandwich them together.
Repeat till all your crackers are complete. Then melt your almond bark in the microwave in 30-second increments stirring in between.
Dip cookies in chocolate, cover and shake off excess.
Lay on parchment or wax paper and let dry.

If you want to use chocolate chips just add a teaspoon of shortening in when you melt chocolate to help the chocolate harden as it sets up.
