1box chocolate cake mix15.25 oz I used Devil's Food
3large eggsroom temperature
1cupsour creamroom temperature
1cupwater
1cupall purpose flour
3/4cupgranulated sugar
2cupsmarshmallowsI used large ones that I cut into 4 slices each
1jar marshmallow creme or fluff7 ounces
1/2- 3/4cupchocolate chips
4whole graham crackers broken up
Instructions
Spray your crockpot with cooking spray and set aside.
Then in a bowl add your water, eggs, sour cream, and mix well.
Now you will add in your all-purpose flour and granulated sugar. Start to incorporate, then pour in your cake mix.
Whip up the batter till it is well combined, then pour in 1 cup of marshmallows, and fold into the batter.
Cover your slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until your cake is cooked through. Stick a toothpick in and if it comes out clean the cake is done.
Take your marshmallow fluff and heat in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Stir and then pour over the cake.
Top with chocolate chips, rest of marshmallows, and crushed up graham crackers.
Spoon your crockpot smores cake into a bowl and top with ice cream and serve up this incredible crockpot dessert.

Notes
All slow cookers cook slightly differently so the time will vary on how long to cook the crockpot cake. Use the toothpick test as mentioned above. If you want to toast the marshmallows on top, use the torch then top with chocolate chips and graham crackers.
