Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 lb Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine all ingredients except for the pork tenderloin and whisk until well combined.
  • Place pork tenderloin in a casserole container and pour the marinade over it, covering it completely.
  • Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
  • Set your airfryer to 400F.
  • Once airfryer is ready, place pork tenderloin in the airfryer basket. (I did not add additional oil since the marinade was oil-based, but do what your model requires.
  • Cook at 400F for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to 325F and continue cooking for 12-15 minutes, until an inserted meat thermometer reads 145F.
