Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 4 ounces green candy melts
  • 4 ounces blue candy melts
  • 4 ounces orange candy melts
  • candy eyes (various sizes)

Instructions

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.
  • Next you will add Oreos to the food processor and mix until it is a fine crumble. You can also place Oreos in a Ziploc gallon bag, and crush with a rolling pin.
  • Add in the softened cream cheese and mix until it is fully combined. Then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Then remove the Oreo truffle mixture and use a cookie scoop to shape the dough into balls. Place on the parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Once all the Oreos are shaped move them back to freezer for about an hour.
  • Melt all 3 colors of the chocolate until fully melted. Then dip each Oreo ball into the chocolate.
  • While the chocolate is still wet place the candy eyes on all over the balls. Then move on to the next Oreo ball.
  • Refrigerate your Oreo balls in the fridge until you are ready to serve it up.

Notes

Oreos - You can use any flavor of Oreos you would like. I did a classic Oreo but Golden Oreos, mint, etc.
Colors of Chocolate - You can add any color of melted chocolate for dipping these balls in it.
