This shrimp salad is a classic shrimp salad recipe made with a mayonnaise based sauce, crisp celery and red onions. Simple ingredients with a big payout. Eat plain, pile on a lettuce wrap, serve as a sandwich, and more.
In a bowl add your mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, dill, and salt and pepper. Mix well until creamy and fully combined.
Add in your peeled and deveined cold cooked shrimp, red onion, and celery.
Mix well folding ingredients together. Then serve up this shrimp salad on crackers, lettuce leaves or make sandwiches.

Shrimp - I used small shrimp, but if you want you can use large or even jumbo. If you do just cut up the shrimp into smaller pieces. Sauce - You can add a little cayenne or even red pepper flakes or Creole seasoning to add spice to the sauce. Mix in - Add in hard boiled eggs, fresh veggies, etc. I share a ton of ways to change up the recipe a bit if you want something a little different.
