Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 medium boneless pork chops
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 oz package of ranch seasoning
  • 1 oz package of brown gravy
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 C. beef broth

Instructions

  • Start by seasoning your pork chops, (garlic powder, salt, and pepper.)
  • Then add olive oil and minced garlic to your Instant Pot and select Saute.
  • Brown pork chops on both sides.
  • In a bowl mix your soup, beef stock, ranch seasoning and beef gravy packets and whisk until combined well.
  • Pour over the browned pork chops.
  • Place lid on and seal it shut.
  • Hit manual and select 8 minutes and ensure your vent is closed.
  • When the timer is done carefully vent the Instant Pot.
  • Remove and pair with whatever sides you want.

Notes

For oven directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a skillet add olive oil and garlic and saute until fragrant.
  3. Add in your pork chops and season and brown on both sides.
  4. Follow directions of making the gravy base in a separate bowl.
  5. In a 9x13 greased pan, lay out your chops, and pour gravy mix over top.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for around 1 hour, or until chops are cooked through and tender.
