Start by taking your pop tarts and cut the edges off both sides, to make a triangle shaped top as you would for a house.
Then on one of the pop tarts, cut out a rectangle shape at the bottom to mimic a door.
Take your frosting and place in a piping bag or Ziploc bag. Then seal it well, and then cut the tip off.
Pipe frosting on the edge of the side of the pop tart and take half of the graham cracker to press into the frosting.
Do this on all sides to make the shape of the house. Let the frosting sit for 5-10 minutes to help set up and firm up the edges of the gingerbread house.
Once set up, you will then add a strip of frosting on the triangle part of the pop tarts, and place the next set of graham crackers on each site, to make the frame of the house.
Add extra frosting on the top, to place flowers on top where the crease of the house is.
Add extra frosting on each side of the fairy house. Then take your candy mushrooms, flower candies, leaves and sprinkles and decorate the sides.
Repeat the same with extra frosting on both sides of the front door, and more candies.
Have fun and decorate your pop tart gingerbread house how you would like.
Notes
Pop Tarts - Do any flavor or color of pop tarts you want. Frosting - I used a can of store bought frosting. Feel free to make homemade. You can color the frosting to any color you would like. Candies - Get creative in how you decorate. Candy wafers, licorice, fun sprinkles, fairies, all work in decorating.
