1 package of chicken I used tenderloins 1 cup milk 1 cup chicken stock 1 can 4 0z green diced chilies 1 can diced tomatoes 2 tbs taco seasoning Dash of salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp garlic powder Tortilla chips sour cream and shredded cheese (optional toppings)
First, place your chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add in your milk, chicken stock, seasoning, tomatoes, chilis, salt and pepper, and stir.
Turn on low for 6-8 hours or chicken is tender and cooked through. Shred chicken and then serve into bowls.
Top with whatever condiments you want. We did sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
