This is so easy to make and trust me, you will only want to use your Blackstone for cooking these sandwiches.
Cook your eggs as you would like. I like to fully cook them but you could easily make them into a dunky egg with a bit of a soft center.
Butter and toast your English muffins on the Blackstone Griddle.
Assemble and serve.
