Instant Pot Philly Ground Beef and Rice is a fun twist to a classic Philly Cheesesteak recipe. Ground beef, peppers, onions, rice, and more all in one cheesy dish.

Start by doing the saute feature on the Instant Pot. Toss in your ground beef and add salt and pepper. I do a generous amount to help season the beef as it cooks.
Once your beef is cooked and no longer pink, add in your water or beef broth, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire. Pour in your pepper and onions.
Stir and then add in your rice. Do not stir just push the rice down into the water to ensure it is coated.
Place lid on and make sure it is set to sealing. Do low pressure for 12 minutes. Followed by a quick release.
Remove lid, pour in cheese, stir and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve your Instant Pot Philly Ground beef and rice with your favorite sides.

Notes
The beef broth will add more flavor to this recipe, but you can use water. If you do water it will be a bit less flavorful. I used long grain white rice, if you use other rice there will be adjustments needed for this recipe. Feel free to leave out the cheese if you want, but I find it personally adds a lot of flavor to the dish. Add extra Worcestershire sauce on top, for added flavor once the dish is cooked. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
