In a bow you will add the semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips. Place in the microwave and heat for 30 second incriments. Stir in between each heat cycle.
Once the chocolate is fully melted you will stir in your cornflakes and mix until fully combined.
Use a cookie scoop to place on a wax lined counter. Use the bottom of the scoop to press in the center to make the whole for the eggs. Or you can use a spoon.
Add the sprinkles on quickly before the chocolate sets. Then top with 2-3 robin egg candies.
Place the birds nest cookies in the fridge for 30 minutes to set up. Then serve and enjoy.
Notes
I used a 2 tablespoon scoop to make my Easter cookies. You can use any size you want. Swap the chips with butterscotch chips for a butterscotch cookie instead. Chow mein noodles, crushed pretzels, and more can be used in replace of cornflakes.
