Lofthouse Sugar Cookie Cake Pops are a Lofthouse sugar cookie that is transformed into a tasty cake pop recipe. Better than Starbucks cake pops, with minimal prep!
Mix together the softened cream cheese, and sugar cookies in a stand mixture until combined.
Roll dough into balls. Place the cookie dough bites in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Melt 1/4 cup of chocolate and dip the sticks into melted chocolate. Then stick into cookie dough ball. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Dip each sugar cookie bite into melted chocolate and add sprinkles right away. Let set up and serve.
Notes
Cookies: The soft-baked Lofthouse cookies are needed. You could swap it with a homemade sugar cookie that is soft if you want. Chocolate: You can use any color of chocolate or candy melts. Decorate the cake pops as you would like.
