Lofthouse Sugar Cookie Cake Pops

Lofthouse Sugar Cookie Cake Pops are a Lofthouse sugar cookie that is transformed into a tasty cake pop recipe. Better than Starbucks cake pops, with minimal prep!

Ingredients

  • 12 sugar cookies iced
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces chocolate any color
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Mix together the softened cream cheese, and sugar cookies in a stand mixture until combined.
  • Roll dough into balls. Place the cookie dough bites in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Melt 1/4 cup of chocolate and dip the sticks into melted chocolate. Then stick into cookie dough ball. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Dip each sugar cookie bite into melted chocolate and add sprinkles right away. Let set up and serve.

Notes

Cookies: The soft-baked Lofthouse cookies are needed. You could swap it with a homemade sugar cookie that is soft if you want. 
Chocolate: You can use any color of chocolate or candy melts. Decorate the cake pops as you would like.
