Grape Salad is a unique fruit salad that is creamy, tangy, and bursting with juicy grapes in every bite. This is a red and green grape salad with cream cheese, sour cream, and more. A must make dessert or side dish to serve up.

In a small bowl add the brown sugar and walnuts. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl you will add the sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla extract.
Use a hand mixer and blend on medium speed until nice and creamy.
Wash grapes and remove from stems and then drain off excess water. Then fold in the grapes with a rubber spatula to the cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Or serve right away.
Dish up the salad, and then top with a little of the brown sugar mixture to each bowl. Serve and enjoy.

Storing- Store for 3-4 days in the fridge in a sealed container. Then right before serving add brown sugar and nuts. Fruit - You can add in other fruit if you want. Diced apples, pineapple chunks, strawberries, etc. Dried Fruit or Nuts - Mix in coconut flakes, dried cranberries, or different nuts to change up the flavor. Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds - Both can be added for added nutrients. Do 1-2 tablespoons each. Greek Yogurt - Reach for plain Greek yogurt to replace the sour cream in the recipe if you want.
