Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a bowl, you will add in your paprika, chili powder, lime sea salt, and citric acid. GIve it a stir to incorporate.
  • Then you will take your Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and add a splash or two, then stir. You want the mixture to be slightly wet but dry. You will pick up the mixture, and squeeze pinching fingers. it will begin to clump together, but look somewhat dry in the bowl. In the video, I show you the exact texture. If overly wet it will not fizz when dropped in beer.
  • Take 1 1/2 tablespoons to 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place in a silicone mold. Press down tightly. This is important or they will not hold shape.
  • Cover the beer fizzy bombs and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  • Line your cup with salt if you want, and pour your beer in. Then drop in the frozen beer bomb, and let it fizz. Add a splash of lime juice and sip!

Notes

You need to ensure your mixture is not too wet. Crumbly but when you press together the spices form and hold shape.
Use the beer bombs right from pulling from the freezer. They can't sit out at room temperature or they will fall apart and not fizz up.
Double or triple the recipe to fit how many you want to make. This recipe makes 4-6 depending on how big of beer bombs you make.
Change up the ingredients if you want to add more spice add in some cayenne powder, etc.
