Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips I used milk chocolate but you can use semi-sweet
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Start out by putting your peanut butter and butter together in a bowl, and heat in the microwave. Do 20-second intervals until nice and creamy, stir in between each heat cycle.
  • Add in your vanilla extract, and follow by powdered sugar. Mix until nice and creamy.
  • Pour the peanut butter fudge in a parchment lined, 9x13 pan and set aside.
  • Now in another microwave-safe bowl, add in your chocolate chips and butter. Microwave until creamy, and then quickly add in your condensed milk and stir until creamy.
  • Pour over the top of the peanut butter layer and smooth it over.
  • Put in the fridge and allow to chill for 2-3 hours. Then slice and serve.
