Chicken Strips
These chicken strips are a tender and juicy breaded chicken. I am a sucker for these homemade breaded chicken strip recipe, that is great with gravy or your favorite dipping sauces.

2-3 pounds chicken breast or tenders 3 cups flour 1/2 cup cornstarch optional 1/2 cup crackers crushed Ritz or Club 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon pepper 3 large eggs 1 cup milk or buttermilk seasonings of your choice
If you are using chicken breasts, slice them into strips. Remove fat, rinse, and pat dry.
Combine the flour, cornstarch, crushed crackers, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Mix together the eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
Dip the chicken into the flour mixture, followed by the egg mixture and the flour mixture again. Set aside.
Fry the chicken strips in hot oil until it’s cooked all the way through and golden brown. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve and enjoy!
