First you want to take a bowl and place your chopped chicken. I cut my boneless chicken into squares that were all similar size. This is important for an even cook.
Now add in your soy sauce, green onions, lime juice, brown sugar, ginger, red pepper flakes and garlic. Mix up the chicken with marinade, and cover.
Store in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours up to 8 hours. 8 hours is best.
Then when ready, heat your grill up. I did 450 degrees on my pellet grill, but you are welcome to just allow it to get hot if you can't adjust the temperature.
While the grill is warming up, you will want to take your chicken and place on the skewers. You can do as many skewers as you would like for your chicken kabobs.
Place your chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes, while turning. Then cook an additonal 4-6 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Depending on the thickness of your chicken will vary in the cook time.
