Notes
Seasonings - You are more than welcome to season up your potatoes with any spices and herbs you would like. Preheat the Griddle - Make sure to get your griddle nice and hot before you place your potatoes on it. This will help lock in a nice sear on the outside skin of the potatoes. Russet Potatoes - Don't want to use baby potatoes? You can cube up and quarter your Russet potatoes and use instead of small potatoes. Cook Time - Depending on the size of your potatoes the cook time will vary. So use your judgement on when to pull off the grill.
