1 bottle White Wine I used Sauvignon Blanc , any white wine works 3/4 cup Rum 1 1/2 cup Pear Juice 1/4 cup Lime juice 2 cups Lemon Lime Soda or club soda 1 pear Sliced in wedges 3 sprigs Rosemary Ice
In a tall pitcher you will add your white wine, rum, pear juice, lime juice, and pear slices and rosemary sprigs. Stir to combine.
Cover and chill for at least two hours. If you can refrigerate up to four hours for ultimate flavor.
Pour the white sangria over a glass of ice, and then garnish with rosemary and pear slices.
I used Sauvignon Blanc for the recipe
If you have more time on your hands, chill the sangria for 4 to 6 hours. That makes it more aromatic.
