Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle White Wine I used Sauvignon Blanc , any white wine works
  • 3/4 cup Rum
  • 1 1/2 cup Pear Juice
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 2 cups Lemon Lime Soda or club soda
  • 1 pear Sliced in wedges
  • 3 sprigs Rosemary
  • Ice

Instructions

  • In a tall pitcher you will add your white wine, rum, pear juice, lime juice, and pear slices and rosemary sprigs. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and chill for at least two hours. If you can refrigerate up to four hours for ultimate flavor.
  • Pour the white sangria over a glass of ice, and then garnish with rosemary and pear slices.

Notes

  • I used Sauvignon Blanc for the recipe
  • If you have more time on your hands, chill the sangria for 4 to 6 hours. That makes it more aromatic.
