Ingredients

  • 16 ounces 2 packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup deli ham chopped or use dried beef
  • 3 tablespoons dry ranch powder mix
  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1 green onion diced

Instructions

  • Take your softened cream cheese and add it to a bowl. Toss in your diced meat, dry ranch, chopped pickles, and green onions.
  • Use a spatula and stir well until the mixture is fully mixed.
  • Top with extra pickles, meat, etc. Then refrigerate the pickle dip till you are ready to serve.

Notes

Make sure to drain the juice off of the pickles.
You can swap with sweet pickles if you want or even bread and butter pickles.
Dried beef, salami, pepperoni are all great meats to consider swapping the ham.
Make sure the cream cheese is softened or it will not mix well.
You can leave out the ranch if you would like. Make sure it is powder ranch not liquid.
Double the recipe if you would like.
Consider making this into a cheese ball. Just roll into a ball then roll in ham, chopped pecans, and even green onions!
