Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 drops pink gel food coloring
  • 1 1/2 cups Mother's Circus Animal Cookies broken up
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles of your choice

Instructions

  • Start by taking your stand mixer and pouring your heavy cream in. Turn on high and whisk until it forms stiff peaks.
  • Turn off blender and pour in your sweetened condensed milk. Use a spatula and fold it in along with the vanilla extract.
  • Split the ice cream batter into two bowls. In one bowl add 2-3 drops of pink food coloring and stir until well combined.
  • Take your loaf pan and spoon in the pink and white ice cream batter. Once you get a layer on bottom, sprinkle some crushed animal crackers on top. Save some for the top of the ice cream.
  • Repeat with the rest of the ice cream, and then use a spatula to smooth it out.
  • Top with sprinkles and the rest of the crushed animal cookies.
  • Cover and place in the freezer for 6 hours to overnight.
  • Remove your frozen circus animal ice cream and spoon it up in cones, in a bowl, and more.
