Start by cooking your rigatoni pasta as directed on the back of the box. Once cooked you will drain and toss with the olive oil. Set it aside.
Now you want to take your raw chopped bacon and cook it on medium heat in a large skillet on the stove. You will cook until the bacon is starting to get crispy. Remove bacon and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain grease off bacon. Then remove bacon grease from the skillet.
Now you will add in your white wine and use a spoon to deglaze the bottom of the pan. Once the pan is clean you move on to the next level.
Add in your cream cheese, heavy cream, and stir until it is melted.
Mix in your Cajun seasoning, cheese, and garlic.
Stir in your broccoli and cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or until your broccoli is tender.
Once broccoli is tender toss in your spinach leaves, stir and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Once spinach is wilted you can toss in the cooked pasta, and serve the cajun alfredo pasta.
