  • 1 lb asparagus cleaned and trimmed
  • 12 slices prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • Prep your asparagus, by washing. Then snap off the bottom end of each piece of asparagus.
  • If using cheese sprinkle on one edge of the prosciutto and lay the asparagus right overtop.
  • Wrap prosciutto around the asparagus spear so that it is secure.
  • Place the wrapped spears on a clean baking sheet at least 1" apart.
  • Repeat with all asparagus spears.
  • You will bake 12-15 minutes, until asparagus is tender.
