Ingredients

  • 1 Can 12 ounce Watermelon White Claw
  • 3 Ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Ounces Blue Curacao
  • 2 Ounces White Rum
  • 1 Ounce Lime Juice
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Start by adding your pineapple juice, blue curacao, lime, and rum in a glass or pitcher to mix.
  • Once mixed, you will pour in the White Claw, and lightly mix. If you overmix it will flatten the bubbles.
  • Serve over ice, garnish with maraschino cherries, lime slices, etc.

Notes

This cocktail is best made fresh, as the bubbles from the White Claw will flatten quickly.
Flavor - Add more alcohol if you want to ramp it up, or sweeten it up with more pineapple juice.
Rum - I used a white rum but feel free to reach for any you want. Even a banana rum would offer a very nice tropical cocktail flavor.
Seltzer - If you are not a fan of White Claw just use a seltzer of your choice.
