7 Layer Bean Dip is a delicious cold dip recipe that is loaded with seasoned refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese and more. Game day ready, tasty potluck dish, or side to pair with taco night.
Pour the refried beans into a bowl and then add in the taco seasoning. Mix well to combine.
Pour the beans into a deep dish pie pan or 8x8 pan.
Next you mix up the sour cream and softened cream cheese. Mix well and then spread on top of the beans.
Follow by a layer of guacamole, spread evenly. It is okay if it doesn't fully cover every area.
Add on your layer of sour cream, and then top with black olives, tomatoes, and green onions!
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes at least and then serve up this easy 7 layer dip!

Notes
Storing - Store in the fridge in an airtight container. The guacamole can turn brown after it sits a bit, so this is best serve shortly after being made. Serving - You do not have to let it refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. I do find however that it allows the taco seasoning to mix with the beans and it enhances the flavor a good amount.
