Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 package of Peeps Chicks
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 tub frosting
  • Easter eggs

Instructions

  • Start by making the green coconut flakes. Add your coconut flakes into a sandwich bag. Add a few drop of green food coloring.
  • Shake the bag around to make sure the food coloring is color. Place coconut on a plate or spread out on a tray to dry for an hour.
  • Break 3 graham crackers in half.
  • Then you will use a knife or piping bag to add some frosting to the side of a square graham cracker.
  • Take a graham cracker and place on one side. The frosting will be the glue. Then repeat and place the other side of the graham cracker.
  • Then add frosting to the back side, and place the graham cracker on to create the wall on the back.
  • For the roof you will frost the top of each of the walls, and the bottom and top of the roof graham crackers.
  • Place them together to create a triangle roof on the graham cracker base.
  • Let the graham cracker Peeps house dry for an hour, and then place some coconut in and around each of the houses.
  • Then place a Peeps in the center, and add candy eggs or jelly beams.
