  •  You want to start by pouring 1.5 oz of the pineapple vodka, cherry liqueur, and a splash of grenadine into a glass. Repeat for a second cocktail if you wish.
  • Grab a lemon-lime soda and top it off, until it is about an inch from the top of the glass.
  • Then with a wooden or plastic spoon, scoop a small amount of dry ice into the cup. DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS TO TOUCH DRY ICE.
  • Serve the drink and watch it smoke and give that wonders of cave look. After a few minutes the dry ice will stop.

Notes

Make sure to not touch the dry ice with your bare hands as it can burn your hands. Use safety when working with dry ice.
This pineapple vodka drink is great for a holiday party drink or serves as a weeknight drink to relax.
You can substitute ginger ale in replace of your lemon-lime soda.
If you can't find a pineapple vodka, you can use a classic vodka, and then add a splash of pineapple juice into your drink for pineapple flavor.
Feel free to make this cocktail and leave out the dry ice if you would like. It isn't something that has to be added, it just adds a really need to look to the cocktail.
Consider dusting the rim of the cup in red sugar for an additional look, or even a black sugar to give it a spooky feel.
You can also add in fresh cherries for a pop of color, or other mix-ins to add more elements to your drink.
These are best to make fresh as the dry ice will meltdown and kind of lose the unique smoky design of the vodka cocktail.
