carrot sprinklesor cut starburst or use orange tic tac
Black rope licorice
Instructions
Start by baking the cookies as directed on the package. Or buy pre-made sugar cookies or make homemade cookies. Let cookies cool completely.
Now spread on a layer of white frosting all over the cookie.
Cut 3-4 inch pieces of the black rope licorice and press on the top half of the cookie.
Then put a lifesaver gummy on each side for the earmuffs.
Now add on your candy eyes, and the candy carrot nose.
Then for the mouth place your mini chocolate chips upside down to create a smile. I used 5-6 chips for each smile.
Then serve up these cute snowman sugar cookies!
Notes
Carrot Nose - You can take orange Starburst and cut them and shape to look like a carrot. Or do an orange Tic Tac for the nose. Just know if you are serving to little kids they could choke on a tic tac, so only do if giving to older kids. Cookies - Make homemade cookies, buy raw dough to bake, or pre-made. Any works. Frosting - If you don't want store bought make a homemade frosting! Storing Leftovers - Store your cookies in an airtight container for 3-5 days. You will want to store single layers, or place wax paper in between each layer.
