Instructions
Start out by taking a large bowl and adding in your shrimp, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic, and olive oil. Toss evenly, and cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinade.
Next, break your pasta so it fits in the Instant Pot, and pour 3 cups of water over the top, with 1 tsp of salt.
Set pressure cooker to high pressure and cook for 5 minutes.
Do a quick release, add in your shrimp, cilantro, chicken stock, and 2 tablespoons lime juice along with white wine. Mix well, and add more salt if needed.
Top with the leftover cilantro, red pepper flakes, and grated lime zest for color.
