Edible Peanut Butter Cookie Dough is a quick and easy edible peanut butter cookie dough. This is creamy, velvety, and studded with Reese's Pieces. Eat by spoonful or make into bite size balls.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then spread the flour onto a large baking sheet into a thin layer. Bake in a preheated oven for 8 minutes. Make sure to stir half way through.
Remove the flour from the oven and allow it to cool.
In a medium sized bowl beat with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the flour, milk and vanilla and salt. Mix well until combined.
Fold in the Reese's Pieces candies. And then refrigerate or eat right away.
Notes
Flour - You need to make sure to heat-treat the flour. The internal temperature needs to be 160 degrees F internally. Mix in- You can add in the candies or mix in peanut butter chips or chocolate chips. Cream Sugar - Allowing the sugar to cream well with the peanut butter will create a nice velvety texture.
