Start by placing cold ice cream in a large bowl. Prepare a clean surface or cutting board that can be placed in the freezer.
Put on gloves and prepare Twix bars. Take a handful of ice cream and flatten it in your hand. Add a Twix bar in the center and cover it with more ice cream.
Quickly mold the ice cream into a chicken drumstick shape, covering the Twix bar completely. Move fast to prevent melting and cold hands.
Once you have the desired shape, place the drumstick on a cutting board. You can use a spoon to do any extra smoothing and shaping while on the board.
Repeat steps 2-4 with the remaining ice cream and Twix bars.
After completing all the drumsticks, place them on a platter and freeze for two hours.
About 30 minutes before the two hours are up, melt white chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
Crush corn flakes into small pieces.
Remove the ice cream drumsticks from the freezer and prepare a station with melted white chocolate and crushed corn flakes.
Dip each drumstick in the white chocolate, then coat with corn flakes. Pat and shape the drumstick to maintain its appearance.
Place the coated drumsticks back on the platter and repeat the process with the remaining drumsticks.
Once finished, place the platter back in the freezer for another two hours.
When ready to eat, remove the drumsticks from the freezer and enjoy this unique and delicious dessert!
