Pickle Roll Ups

Pickle roll ups are a bite size appetizer. Made with salami, cream cheese and a baby pickle. A make-ahead appetizer everyone enjoys. This is an easy party food.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce jar of mini pickles
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 15 slices salami

Instructions

  • Place pickles on a paper towel lined plate. This will help soak up the excess pickle juice.
  • Slice salami in half, and then spread with a layer of the softened cream chese.
  • Place pickle in the center of the salami, and wrap. Place toothpick in to hold the appetizer together.

Notes

Pickles - You can use pickle spears, whole pickles, etc. Any flavor of pickles work as well. We prefer dill pickles.
Meat - Deli ham, pepperoni, roast beef, or even dried beef all are great options as well. 
Flavor Add Ons- You can sprinkle cream cheese with Everything but the bagel seasoning, or mix cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of dry ranch seasoning.
