  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl you are going to add the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, celery seed and salt and pepper.
  • With a whisk mix well until nice and creamy.
  • Then store the coleslaw dressing in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to use.

Notes

How to Make Coleslaw: Take a bag of coleslaw mix and place in a large bowl. Add in the dressing and stir well to coat. You can use it all or enough to coat the cabbage and carrot mix. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then serve! 
Vinegar - You can use white wine vinegar, distilled vinegar or even red wine vinegar in replace of apple cider vinegar if needed. 
Honey - If you want to swap out the honey use pure maple syrup or granulated sugar.
