Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 4 tablespoons Cold Brew Coffee or Espresso
  • 1 1/3 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate Hershey's syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces

Instructions

  • In a pitcher you will add all your ingredients. Whiskey, half and half, condensed milk, coffee, chocolate syrup, and vanilla.
  • Mix well until combined, and then serve over ice or use to mix with any cocktail or martini ingredients.
  • Refrigerate any leftover Baileys Irish cream you don't use right away.

Notes

Whiskey - I recommend using an Irish whiskey that way it gets the same flavor of a traditional Irish cream.
Half and Half - Make sure to use half and half and not milk. The thickness helps to give this drink richness and a creamy texture.
Coffee - You can use a cold brew coffee or espresso. It is up to you on which flavor you prefer when making your Irish cream liqueur.
Chocolate Sauce - I used a Hershey's chocolate sauce like you would use to make chocolate milk. Any brand works.
Storage - You will be able to store your Baileys in the fridge for up to 10 days once made. Stir well then enjoy.
