- Northern Dried Beans
- Minced Garlic

How to Make
Step 1: Start by dicing up your bacon, and then turn on the saute feature and cook your bacon until nice and crispy. Remove bacon and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Step 2: Now you will add in the beans, vegetables, vinegar, and spices. Toss in the water, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Make sure the beans are covered.
Step 3: Place the lid on the pressure cooker and make sure the valve is set to sealing. You will pressure cook for 50 minutes. Then allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Once done, release the remaining pressure and stir in the honey, brown sugar, bacon, and tomato sauce. Turn on the saute mode, and mix in the cornstarch with some water.
The cornstarch will thicken the baked beans.
Step 5: Let cool a bit then serve up warm baked beans.
Storage
If you do not eat all your baked beans with bacon right away, it will store for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Just place in an airtight container.
Then for reheating you can warm up in the microwave, in the oven, or on the stove. If you do warm up the beans in the oven, cover them with aluminum foil to prevent drying out.

- Pressure cook on high manual pressure for 50 minutes. Then once the time is up, natural release for 10 minutes before you push off the remaining pressure.
- Once you open the Instant Pot, then add in the honey, brown sugar, bacon, and tomato sauce. Turn the saute mode on.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, and then take remaining water and cornstarch and mix in a bowl. Then pour into the beans to thicken.
- Let the baked beans sit for a few minutes to thicken, and then serve.
